Education: He graduated from Leningrad State  University  named after  A.A. Zhdanov in 1974.Branch of study – physics.

Career: He started his professional career in 1975 as an engineer at the Leningrad Association of electronic instrument making. From 1975 to 1984 -  Engineer,  design engineer of the 1,  2  and 3 category. From 1985 to 1990 - Deputy shop superintendent, shop superintendent. From 1990 to 1993 - Chief engineer, chief of the research - and - production complex of electronic devices. From 01. 01.1994 - Director of the CJSC "Svetlana- Electrondevice". Since 20.09.1994 he is the General Director of Svetlana JSC.

Nikita Yu. Gladkov First Deputy General Director of economics,   finance and  asset management of Svetlana JSC Born on May 28, 1976, in Leningrad.

Education: - Saint-Petersburg State Maritime Technical University. - Saint-Petersburg State University. - Diploma of Master of Business Administration.

Michael B. Pavlov First Deputy Director for production and development of Svetlana JSC  Born on March 15, 1956.

Education: 1976-Graduated from Leningrad Nautical College of Fish Industry. Specialty–engineer-navigator. 1986 - Graduated   from  Leningrad Polytechnic Institute of  the  Order  of   Lenin named after M.I. Kalinin. Specialty – economics and management of mechanical engineering manufacture. 1993 - Passed a course of "Industrial Management" at the "Thomson" study centre, France. 1996 - Got a "Specialist of the anti - recessionary management" Diploma of the Federal Bankruptcy Office of State Property Committee of Russia.

Career: From 1976 to 1981 - a navigation officer. In 1981 he was accepted to factory "Svetlana" where works untill present time. Has passed a labour way from the worker up to the Deputy General director in 1994. Till 1990 he devoted a lot of time to public work at the enterprise.  Since 2005 - First Deputy Director for production and development of Svetlana JSC.

Career: He started his professional career in 1954 as a foreman at the factory "Svetlana". From 1964 to 1966 - Deputy shop superintendent. From 1966 to 1967 - Deputy chief engineer. From 1967 to 1981 - Deputy chief in production. From 1981 to 1983 - Chief of the special engineering bureau with manufacturing. Since 1983 - Deputy General Director for Commerce of Svetlana JSC.

Viktor V. Grushinskiy  Deputy General Director for Property Management of Svetlana JSC Born on December 23, 1957, in Leningrad.

Education: -Leningrad Mechanical Institute of the Order of Lenin and the Order of Red Banner.

Career: He started his p rofessional career in 1981 as an engineer at the All - Russian  scientific-research institute of transport engineering. Career: 2000-2003-Accountant general of OJSC "Pskovkabel" Pskov. 2003-2005-Accountant general of OJSC "Sevgeokabel" Saint-Petersburg. 2003-2005- Accountant general of OJSC Research institute "Sevkabel" (pluralistically). Since 2005-Accountant general of Svetlana JSC.
